This Week in Earlham Baseball

The Quakers start up another week of offseason workouts starting this afternoon in the weight room. The weather in Richmond has also allowed our players to continue to hone in their skills through open field work after a great Fall season! Our season feels like it is just around the corner as the Quakers get ready for another promising season for 2019!

In the next few weeks, we will be mentioning our first year class and where each player is from. This week, we will be mentioning players from our home state of Indiana!

Jackson Mitchell – Plainfield/Plainfield
Brady Fentress – Aurora/South Dearborn
Easton Embry – Ft. Wayne/Leo
Nate Hemmerich – Kokomo/Kokomo
Nick Carrizales – Greenwood/Whiteland

ABC's of Earlham

This week's letter in the "ABC's of Earlham" is H for Hallmarks of Excellence! There are many ways to measure academic excellence. Earlham has consistently ranked among the top national liberal arts institutions in the country. For a small college, we also produce an amazing number of Doctoral candidates. The credibility of our education is reflected, as well, by the number of prestigious organizations who select Earlham as an academic partner and invest in our programs. Even with all the accolades, at the end of the day we measure our success by the countless Earlhamites who lead extraordinary lives of mission and value as a direct result of their Earlham experience. No statistic or numerical rank can account for the personal commitment an Earlham education demands, or a lifetime impact one can expect as an alumni. We invite you to explore the various ways our academic quality is proven!
