This Week in Earlham Baseball
The Earlham Baseball team is continuing their off-season strength and conditioning program as well as weekly open field workouts. There are 4 weeks left of classes for the semester followed by finals weeks and the 2020 Earlham Baseball season is right around the corner! The great weather we have had so far this fall has allowed our guys to continue to develop their skills and should lead to a successful spring!
Meet the Freshmen
Our coaching staff wanted to quickly introduce our First Year players and we couldn’t be more excited to have them on board and helping us this upcoming Spring!
EC Baseball Winter Camp
The Quakers will be hosting a winter prospect camp on January 12th in the Trueblood Fieldhouse located in the Athletics and Wellness Center. Cost to attend is $30 as long as you sign up before January 3rd! Just visit Earlham Baseball Camps to register and have a chance to showcase your skills for our coaching staff!
ABC's of Earlham
This week's letter in the "ABC's of Earlham" is G for Graduate Programs. The Master of Arts in Teaching (M.A.T.) and Master of Education (M.Ed) Programs are fully accredited by the North Central Association of Colleges and Secondary Schools and by the state of Indiana. An 11-month program for college graduates who want to become licensed teachers or coaches, this full-time program begins each year in early June and leads to teacher licensure and a master’s degree the following May. Earlham's M.A.T. offers licensure in social studies, English/language arts, mathematics, science and modern foreign languages, and Physical Education all at the middle and high school levels. Many former Earlham Baseball players have gone on to do the M.A.T. or M.Ed. program and have had great success finding jobs right away in teaching and coaching!
